Nexon and GrayGames to Release Project T MMORPG

MMORPG Project T, developed by Korean developer GRAYGAMES, will be published worldwide by Nexon on PC and mobile devices.

The new MMORPG is based on a Korean webtoon and novel called Overgeared, which follows Young-woo Shin as he plays a medieval-set video game called Satisfy and suddenly gains special abilities.

With Project T, Graygames draws inspiration from Overgeared, which provides Shin’s powers. Combining medical settings with fantasy settings, Project T expands concepts like “hidden quests”, “hidden classes” and “epics” from Overgeared.

There will be an immersive storyline, several characters, and players will control the world. According to a press release announcing the game, players will be able to create their own worlds, potentially declaring war, and developing civilizations.

This is a new Korean studio founded last year, and Nexon, of course, is a MMORPG specialist. It will take some time to find out what Project T is going to be all about, but with a global publishing deal, Nexon appears optimistic.
